No matter your age, weight, or fitness level, yoga is sure to benefit you in positive ways. It allows you to let go of stress, become more flexible, help with back or joint pain, and even lose weight. Our class is perfect for beginners but we welcome all levels. Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water.

Who: Adults/Teens (13 & Older)
Place: Town Hall Annex Gym, 856 Main Rd., Westport - If the weather is nice we will do yoga outside in back of the Town Hall Annex building, if not we will do it social distanced in the gym.

Dates: Fall Season, Saturdays, 9/25-11/13 (8 weeks)
Time: 8-9am
Fee: $10 per class, pay as you go at the door OR
$70 if you pre-register for the 8 week fall season
