"Tai Chi 2ME" is a beginner class for all fitness levels. Learn the basic Tai Chi moves to create a mindful experience. Often called meditation in motion, Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that involves a series of slow, flowing exercises that combine movement, meditation and rhythmic breathing. Tai Chi is used to enhance physical and mental health as well as to improve posture, balance, flexibility and strength. Also used to boost mood, alleviate pain, strengthen your immune system and improve heart health.
*Please bring a bottle of water to each class.
*All current covid guidelines will be followed.
Who: Adults (*If a teen of a parent participating wants to also participate that is okay; the teen would have to register as well.)
Place: Town Hall Annex Gym, 856 Main Rd., Westport, MA 02790
(Please park in the back parking lot and enter through the back gym door.)
Dates: Every Sunday starting 9/12
Fee: $10 per class (*Pre-registration preferred but can also pay at the door if needed.)
