Enjoy the soothing, healing sounds of singing bowls during this relaxing and meditative experience. This session will include crystal and metal singing bowls, Tibetan bells, drums and chanting. Newcomers to this kind of experience or those who struggle with meditation will be guided in a positive way. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring yoga mats/pillows for added comfort. Come relax and de-stress with us!

*All current covid guidelines will be in place.

Who: Adults 18 & older, children under 18 can register if accompanied by a registered adult
