Join our Cardio & Fitness class to get your heart pumping with low and high intensity cardio exercises. Challenge your muscles with total body strength movements, using our own body weight and free weights. This program is designed to enhance endurance, incinerate fat, and sculpt your body. All fitness levels are welcome and modified movements will be shown. 

*Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat. (We do have some yoga mats available on site if you forget yours.)

Who: Teens/Adults (ages 13 & older)
Place: Town Hall Annex Gym, 856 Main Rd., Westport, MA
(Please park in the back of the building and enter through the back gym door.)


Dates: Saturdays, 8/5-8/26 (4 weeks)
Time: 8:00-8:45am
Fee: $40 resident/$43.34 non-resident

*Pre-registration is required. Minimum of 4 people need to be pre-registered to have the program go.

*This program happens right before Yoga, why not sign up for both?
