Sign your child up for this awesome Nature Camp during the Winter School Break! We will have exciting crafts, games and activities that explore the various aspects of nature during the winter season. Kids will learn about hibernation, evergreen trees, winter birds and more. We will get in our winter gear and go on trail hikes, play in the meadow and explore the children's garden. Activities will include nature art projects, interactive games, music, reading and more!
This camp happens at the Learning Center at the Westport Land Conservation Trust property at Westport Woods. The Learning Center is a beautiful indoor space that is set up to encourage nature activities. Each day we will have plenty of fun outside and indoors.
*Please have your child bring a water bottle and small snack each day. Dress appropriately for the weather, with a warm coat, hat, gloves and boots. You can have them bring sneakers for when they are indoors. If it snows, we will play in the snow! If that happens, please make sure they wear or bring snow pants.
