Rise & Shine Yoga (Saturdays, 8-9am)
Rise & Shine Yoga is BACK!
No matter your age, weight, or fitness level, yoga is sure to benefit you in positive ways. It allows you to let go of stress, become more flexible, help with back or joint pain, and even lose weight. Our class is perfect for beginners but we welcome all levels. We will have the option of doing yoga inside the air conditioned Annex Gym or outside in the fenced in area behind the Annex. We will decide which space to use each date depending on the weather.
*Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat. (We do have some yoga mats available on site if you forget yours.)
Who: Teens & Adults (12 & up)
Place: Town Hall Annex Gym, 856 Main Rd., Westport, MA
(Please park in the back and enter through the back gym door.)

Fee: $10 resident/$12 non-resident
*Pre-registration is required so we know how many people to expect.
